Style your hair into a mohawk, put on those torn stockings, paint on your eyeshadow all the way up to the heavens and come and join The Aerobics Channel for an hour long aerobic workout synched to a playlist of unforgettable new wave post-punk 80s hits!
Dance it out to hits from The Psychadelic Furs, DEVO & Tears for Fears while you get that heart rate up and tone your muscles. It's so much fun you won't even realise what a fantastic workout you're getting.
If you're new to exercise, pay attention to the modifications on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
You'll need:
* A full water bottle
* Running shoes with good shock absorption
* A high to extreme impact sports bra
* Some light dumbbells (1 kg or under), or some soup cans of equal weight
