Are you ready to go back to the Future?
Welcome to our Back to the Future Mixtape Workout, featuring a Spotify playlist that's a tribute container for all the best 80s songs that weren't made in the 80s. It's got that iconic 80s sound, but comprised entirely of modern music.
As it's one of our Mixtape Workouts, there's no music backing track in the actual workout itself but we've included the link to access the Spotify playlist below. We'll count you down to the perfect time to press play for best results.

This workout is half on our feet and half on the floor.
You will need:-
* A yoga mat
* A water bottle
* Proper running shoes
* A sports bra
* A set of light weights up to 1 kg
We'll warm it up, pump our hearts with aerobics, then tone our muscles and cool it down.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
* If you have any pre-existing injuries or illnesses, or you're new to exercise, please make sure your doctor has cleared you for this type and intensity of workout.
* Make sure you're exercising in a well ventilated, cool area.
* Take water breaks when you need them.
* Exercise within your fitness and safety levels.
* If you're a beginner to our workouts, stick to the modifications demonstrated on the bottom right of the screen.
