Welcome to our tribute to the Aerobics Queen herself: the woman, the myth, the legend, Jane Fonda! It's 30 minutes of 80s aerobics cardio with deliciously cheesy 80s music in the style of the aerobics workouts of the 1980s.
We'll sweat, we'll slim, we'll tone muscles, but most importantly, we'll have the most fun you can have doing cardio.
You'll need:
* A yoga mat/towel
* Good running shoes
* A sports bra
* A water bottle
Beginners, make sure to check the bottom right-hand corner of the screen for modifications. If you have any pre-existing conditions, make sure you're cleared by your doctor before joining us.
Fit and fun beats flawless! No pressure to get the moves right, it's just about having fun and moving safely, so if you get lost or a move doesn't feel good to your body, no worries! March it out or make up your own moves until you're ready to rejoin us.
