Get sweaty to your favourite 80s hits with our 1980s Aerobic Mixtape Workout Volume I.
This is a workout best suited to aerobicisers who have been here a while, and who are okay with jumping and high-impact moves. Even if you're already fit, if this is your first time doing this workout, stick to the modifications until you feel confident that the more high-impact moves will feel good on your body.
You'll need:
* A full water bottle
* Good walking shoes
* A high to extreme impact sports bra
* A yoga mat
* Light dumbbells - up to 1 kg, or some soup cans of equal weight
This is one of our Mixtape Workouts, meaning there's no music backing track in the actual workout itself. We've compiled a Spotify playlist of our favourite 80s hits that syncs perfectly to this workout.
