I love Kathy Smith's workouts so it's an honour to incorporate some of my all time fave moves from her videos into a circuit style heart pumping cardio workout.
For this workout you will need:
• Light dumbbells, up to 1 kg
• A full water bottle – take those water breaks!
• Good running shoes
• A good sports bra
This is a high intensity number, so beginners or recovering from injury or illness, make sure to stick with the low impact modifications or march in place until you're ready to rejoin us!
