It's creepy, it's kooky, it's sweaty and it's a whole lot of fun.
Hall-o-robics is the baby sister of our Halloween Scarerobics Workout. It's approximately 20 minutes of sweaty, spooky fun. We warm up in abandoned laboratory hallways, grapevine in a spooky forest, and run from those dastardly zombies!
Come and join us for the most spooky fun you’ll ever have getting fit!
You'll need:
* A yoga mat/towel
* Good running shoes
* A sports bra
* A water bottle
Beginners, make sure to check the bottom right-hand corner of the screen for modifications. If you have any pre-existing conditions, make sure you're cleared by your doctor before joining us.
Fit and fun beats flawless! No pressure to get the moves right, it's just about having fun and moving safely, so if you get lost or a move doesn't feel good to your body, no worries! March it out or make up your own moves until you're ready to rejoin us.
Most importantly of all, don't forget to have fun. Before you head out trick or treating, come and get fit with us like it's Halloween 1989.
