P.O.V.: It's Friday evening, you just finished work and you're in the mood for a cosy 80s movie night in: we're talking Flashdance, Dirty Dancing, Top Gun, The Goonies, the gang's all here.
But before you start popping that popcorn and ordering the pizza you realise: darn it, I forgot to work out today!
The Aerobics Channel to the rescue! We won't kill your buzz - in fact, we'll invite ourselves for movie night. We promise to bring a workout with an accompanying playlist of your favourite 80s movie songs!
Make your movie nights a little bit fitter, a little bit sweatier, and a whole lot more fun. We'll bring the moves, you bring the popcorn and Pizza Hut for our post-workout movie snack. Deal? Deal!
You'll need:
* A full water bottle
* Good sports shoes
* A high to extreme impact sports bra
* A yoga mat
