For this workout, you'll need:
* A water bottle
* A yoga mat
* Light weights
* Running shoes with good shock absorption
* High to extreme impact sports bra
If you're a beginner or recovering from injury, check the right hand corner of the screen for the modifications to our more advanced workout moves.
Remember, this isn't about getting the steps "perfect" - it's just about moving to the music, so if you get lost, don't panic. Just march it out for a few beats or make up the moves until you feel ready to rejoin us!
Most importantly of all, don't forget to crank up that music and have fun! Let's work out like it's 1989.
