Happy Holidays, cardio bunny! Congratulations for choosing to prioritize your fitness during the holiday craziness! We hope you enjoy our Annual Holiday Special! Dance your way to a fitter bod with a selection of beloved holiday classics, and a few new favourites!
This workout is half on our feet and half on the floor.
You will need:-
* A yoga mat
* A water bottle
* Proper running shoes
* A sports bra
We'll warm it up, pump our hearts with aerobics, then tone our muscles and cool it down.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
* If you have any pre-existing injuries or illnesses, or you're new to exercise, please make sure your doctor has cleared you for this type and intensity of workout.
* Make sure you're exercising in a well ventilated, cool area.
* Take water breaks when you need them.
* Exercise within your fitness and safety levels.
* If you're a beginner to our workouts, stick to the modifications demonstrated on the bottom right of the screen.
